The same minor SQL fix as has been mentioned many times before, just applied to a little-used function I hadn't noticed was still broken: the ability to look at software groups as they were in a past week.

I won't list all of the affected pages, but all of the ones dealing with Japanese hardware have had 3DSLL and Wii U added in both the dropdown boxes and lists of commonly-needed weeks.
